Keeping individuals and organisations on the same page after prison.

Resettled brings organisations and the people they support together around one shared plan, making support clearer, better coordinated and easier to navigate.

The Challenge.

Supporting someone after prison is rarely the responsibility of just one organisation.Housing, probation, healthcare, employment services, charities and local authorities all play a crucial role.Information is often spread across different systems, emails and phone calls. As a result, no single organisation has the complete picture of the support being provided. The person receiving support can also struggle to understand what has been arranged, who's involved and what happens next.Resettled was built around one simple principle: when organisations coordinate better, everyone benefits.

Information is Fragmented

Different organisations often hold different parts of the picture across multiple systems and communication channels.

Coordination Takes Time

.

Teams spend valuable time chasing updates, repeating conversations and manually sharing information.

People Can Lose Sight of Their Own Plan

Individuals may not always know or understand what has been arranged, who is involved and what happens next.

Research consistently shows that the days immediately after release have a significant influence on long-term outcomes.

Why Resettled Feels Different.

Most organisations already use digital systems to record information. Resettled isn't trying to replace those systems. It's designed to solve a different problem: keeping everyone involved in resettlement, including the individual, working from the same shared picture.

Existing Platforms

The individual has limited visibility

Built for recording cases

Information spread across screens

Updates often happen outside the system

General case management

Individuals see their own plan

The Solution.

Resettled brings organisations and the people they support around one shared plan.Professionals gain one clear view of support across organisations, while individuals can see their own journey in one place, helping them understand what support is in place, who's involved and what happens next.Resettled doesn't replace existing systems. It connects them.A shared coordination layer that keeps organisations and individuals informed, connected and working from the same plan.

One Shared Plan

Everyone involved works from the same up-to-date picture, with access tailored to their role.

Better Coordination

Reduce duplication, improve communication and make it easier for organisations to work together.

Keep the Person Informed

Give individuals a clear view of their support, appointments and next steps.

Every day, around 150 people leave prison in England and Wales. Many require support from a variety of organisations, yet those organisations often coordinate through separate systems, emails and phone calls.

Meet the Founder.

Resettled was created from my experience working in prison healthcare and community support where I saw firsthand how difficult it could be to coordinate support across multiple organisations.Throughout my career, I saw dedicated professionals working tirelessly to support the same individual, often using different systems and disconnected processes. Every organisation played an important role, but maintaining a shared picture across services wasn't always easy, for professionals or those receiving support.I built Resettled to make coordination simpler. Not by replacing the systems organisations already use, but by connecting them around one shared plan that keeps professionals aligned and the individual informed.

Looking ahead.

Resettled is being developed step-by-step alongside practitioners, organisations and people with lived experience. The aim isn't simply to digitise existing processes. It's to create a shared coordination platform that makes support easier to deliver, easier to understand and easier to improve over time.Development will continue to focus on practical features that reduce administrative burden, strengthen collaboration and give people leaving prison greater visibility of their own journey.
